Our free online programme is the ideal solution when there is no available budget.  However, training your own staff to deliver a complementary face to face service can also be achieved for minimal additional cost.

An example

For an organisation, cutting 500 positions over a period of three years, to deliver a minimum level of face-to-face support around 25 workshops may be required.  Engaging an external consultant to deliver these can cost between £10-20k or more.

Training your own staff to deliver this service reduces the cost by two thirds and also provides a development opportunity for your workforce.
